The official youth pathway program of Old Glory DC (MLR). A free, high-level fall-season program for high school girls, with practices alongside the boys squads in Emmitsburg, Alexandria, and Fredericksburg.
A high-level development program with a strong college recruiting pipeline. The 2026 girls squad took silver at the Lisbon Junior 7s in Portugal (March 2026), going 3β0 in pool play before falling to Valencia (Spain) in the final. A summer 2026 tour is planned. Runs PA Selection Camps to identify players for tours. Draws from across the mid-Atlantic region.
Girls rugby has grown rapidly at the college level, with Division I, II, and III programs across the country. The EGRL was specifically designed to give East Coast players the competitive platform and visibility needed for college recruiters. Key resources:
